We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Associate AI-Native Quality Engineer to support quality initiatives across our fintech platform. You will assist in test planning, automation development, and execution of critical financial workflows under the guidance of senior QA engineers.
This is not a manual-only QA role. You are expected to actively use AI tools to enhance productivity, improve test coverage, and accelerate automation efforts.

Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in executing test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications under guidance from senior QA engineers. - Contribute to automation test scripts using Playwright, following an existing or evolving framework. - Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, etc.) to: Generate test cases, Identify edge cases, Improve test documentation. - Perform functional testing on workflows such as: Payments, Transactions, Reports and dashboards - Support API testing using tools like Postman to validate request/response accuracy. - Help execute regression test cycles during releases and sprint closures. - Assist in basic performance, reliability, and error-handling testing scenarios. - Validate data correctness by running basic SQL queries under supervision. - Log, track, and retest bugs using defect management tools. - Collaborate with Developers and Product team members during agile sprints to understand features early and test proactively.
Requirements
- 0–1 year of experience in Software Testing / QA / Automation (internships and projects count). - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field - Basic understanding of test automation concepts and hands-on exposure to Playwright (academic, internship, or personal projects acceptable). - Strong willingness and ability to use AI tools for QA tasks (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.). - Familiarity with API testing basics using Postman or similar tools. - Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies. - Good analytical skills and attention to detail, especially for financial or data-heavy workflows. - Clear written and verbal communication skills. - Strong learning mindset and openness to feedback.
Nice-to-Have Skills : -Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation. - Awareness of security and compliance concepts (PCI-DSS, RBI guidelines) — learning level expected. - Any experience with automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, or Git.
